Retrieving Diagnostic Trouble Codes

The Engine Control Module (ECM) is capable of storing fault codes. A lit service engine warning light indicates that a fault is present. Manufacturer recommends using Lucas Diagnostic Equipment or Test Book to retrieve diagnostic trouble codes.
