Removal & Installation: Notes

WARNING: It is essential that the wheels are chocked, the parking brake is applied, and low range selected with differential lock engaged before performing removal and installation of steering.

NOTE: After removal and installation of steering system components, check wheel alignment. See SPECIFICATIONS & PROCEDURES - 3.5L, 3.9L & 4.2L article in ALIGNMENT.
