Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE:
    • Install the Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) to the specified torque.
    • If ETC module is dropped, it may cause internal damage. Do not use it.
    • Check the seal ring (A) installation before installing the ETC module.

  2. Reset the ECM adaptive values after replacing the ETC.

    (S/W Management → Engine Control → Resetting Adaptive Values)

    Information 

    Refer to the KDS screen for operating conditions and details.

  3. Perform the ETC learning procedure.

    (Refer to ETC (Electronic Throttle Control) System - " ADJUSTMENT  ")
