Repair Procedures: Installation
NOTE:
- Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT) is composed of delicate components. Be careful not to cause any damage on the component when assembling and disassembling.
- Maintain clean condition so that foreign substance does not get into the Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT).
- Use a coated apron, latex gloves, and stainless tray to prevent foreign substance from getting into the Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT).
- Install the line pressure control solenoid valve (A).
- Install the support bracket (A).
Tightening torque:
9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lbΩft)
- Install the E-module.
(Refer to IVT Control System - "E-MODULE ")
- Perform the procedures below after in replacing the line pressure control valve.
- Clear the diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) using the KDS.
(Disconnecting the battery negative terminal will not clear the DTCs. Clear DTCs using the KDS at all times.)
- Reset the intelligent variable transmission adaptive values using the KDS.
- Perform the TCM adaptive values learning procedure.

- Clear the diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) using the KDS.
