DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring the voltage of control circuit
  • Poor connection
  • Open in harness
  • Faulty oil pump solenoid
  • Faulty ECM
Enable Condition
  • No disabling faults present
  • Engine runtime longer than 0.03s
  • Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • Voltage represents open circuit
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • MIL OFF (only DTC)
