Removal & Installation: Installation
- Install in reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
- Do not reuse the delivery pipe bolt.
- Be careful not to be damaged the injector tip, when installing injector module assembly.
- If the injector is dropped, it may cause internal damage. (Do not reuse)
- Replace the high pressure fuel pipe with a new one. (Do not reuse)
- Do not reuse injector fixing clip.
- Apply engine oil to the injector O-ring.
- Do not reuse injector O-ring.
- Do not reuse bolts.
- Use the special service tool (OK353 - F6100) to install the high pressure fuel pipe and cross over pipe.
