Removal And Installation: Installation
WARNING:
- When working on the high voltage system, the work should be performed by technicians who have completed the relevant training. A lack of understanding of the high voltage system can lead to serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit.
- When working on the high voltage system or related components, be sure to observe and be aware of the "Safety Precautions, Cautions and Warnings". If not, it may cause serious accidents due to electric shock or short circuit. Refer to HIGH VOLTAGE SYSTEM GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION AND CAUTION
- When working on the high voltage system, make sure to check the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and high voltage shut-off procedure. Refer to HIGH VOLTAGE SHUT-OFF PROCEDURES
- Install in reverse order of removal.NOTE:
- Install the inverter assembly to the specified torque.
- If inverter assembly is dropped, it may cause internal damage. (Do not reuse)
- Replace the gasket (A) and check the installation before installing the inverter assembly.
- Replace the inverter terminal service cover gasket (A) with a new one. (Do not reuse)
- Check the coolant leakage after starting the vehicle.
- Perform the Initialization of Automatic Resolver Offset Calibration procedures with the KDS.
