Repair Procedures: Replacement

Information 

When removing and installing the tailgate, an assistant is necessary.

1. Using a screwdriver, lift the socket clips (A) up slightly on both ends of the liftgate lifter (B).

2. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

   Information 

   Make sure the tailgate locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
