Disassembly & Reassembly: Disassembly

Remove the drive belt pulley (A) after removing the bolt.

Remove the Overrunning Alternator Pulley (OAP) cap (A).

Remove the pulley (A) by using the SST (09373 - 27000).
Tightening torque:

75.5 - 81.4 N.m (7.7 - 8.3 kgf.m, 55.7 - 60.0 lb.ft)

Remove the rear cover (A) after removing the bolts.
Tightening torque:

3.04 - 4.41 N.m (0.31 - 0.45 kgf.m, 2.24 - 3.25 lb.ft, 26.9 - 39.1 lb.in)

Remove the brush & regulator assembly (A) after removing the mounting bolts.
Tightening torque:

4.02 - 4.41 N.m (0.41 - 0.45 kgf.m, 2.97 - 3.25 lb.ft, 35.6 - 39.1 lb.in)

Dissolve the stator leads (A) by using the solder.

Remove the front bracket (A) after removing the mounting bolts.
Tightening torque:

4.51 - 5.49 N.m (0.46 - 0.56 kgf.m, 3.33 - 4.05 lb.ft, 40.0 - 48.6 lb.in)
