Repair Procedures: Replacement

  1. Remove the battery (-) terminal.
  2. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the center fascia panel (A).

  3. Remove the audio and AVN head unit.

    (Refer to Body Electrical System - "AUDIO/AVN HEAD UNIT ")

  4. After loosening the mounting screws, remove the A/C & heater controller unit (A).

  5. Disconnect the A/C & heater controller connectors (A).

  6. Press the lock pin to separate the connector (A) and remove the in-car sensor (B).

  7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    NOTE:
    • Reassemble the connector correctly.
    • Replace any damaged clips.
