Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

    (Refer to Engine Electrical System - "AUXILIARY BATTERY ")

  2. Disconnect the Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor & Intake Air Temperature Sensor (MAPS & IATS) connector (A).

  3. Remove the MAPS & IATS (A) after removing the mounting bolt.

    Tightening torque: 

    9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)
