Repair Procedures: Removal
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "AUXILIARY BATTERY ")
- Remove the steering column upper & lower shroud panel.
(Refer to Body - "STEERING COLUMN SHROUD PANEL ")
- Remove the ignition lock switch assembly (A) by removing the bolts after disconnecting the connectors (B, C).
Tightening torque:
6.9 - 12.8 N.m (0.7 - 1.3 kgf.m, 5.0 - 9.4 lb.ft)
