DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • LIN communication monitoring
  • "Rain Sensor" LIN line open/poor connection
  • "Rain Sensor" LIN line short to auxiliary battery
  • "Rain Sensor" LIN line short to ground
  • LIN communication line
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Auxiliary battery voltage is 9 to 16V
Threshold Value
  • The LIN data is not received
  • The abnormal LIN Date is received
  • Open circuit of the sensor to the power
Detecting Time
  • 3s
Disable Condition
  • Normal LIN data is received
