Caster angles are pre-adjusted during production, so no adjustment is required. If the caster angle is out of the standard range, replace the bent or damaged part.
Caster specified value: 4.06° ± 0.5°
Information
- The worn, loosen or damaged parts of the front suspension assembly must be replaced prior to measuring front wheel alignment.
- Caster are pre-set to the specified value at the factory and don't need to be adjusted.
- If the caster are not within specifications, replace bent or damaged parts.
- The total difference between left and right wheel caster must be within the range of 0° ± 0.5°.
Before checking the wheel alignment, check the suspension system for abnormalities and tire pressure, and if necessary, check the wheel alignment after repairing and adjustment.
