Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the liftgate trim.

    (Refer to Body - "TAIL GATE TRIM ")

  3. Disconnect the anti-pinch strip connector (A).

  4. Remove the anti-pinch strip (A) after removing the mounting clips.
