- Engine load is between 10% and 90%
- Engine speed is between 1500 and 4000 RPM
- TEC (Tooth Error Correction) rpm stability timer is greater than 10s
- Engine Coolant temperature is between 0°C (32°F) and 110°C (230°F)
- Not active disabling faults
