Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the cylinder head assembly.

    (Refer to Cylinder Head Assembly - "CYLINDER HEAD ")

  2. Remove the RH water jacket separator (A) and LH water jacket separator (B).

    NOTE: Be careful not to deform or damage it when removing.
  3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE:
    • Always use new water jacket separator.
    • Install the water jacket insert upper surface under the cylinder block upper surface.
    • Check and classify the installing direction of LH, RH when the water jacket insert installation.
    • Install after checking foreign substance at lip seal part (A) and installation part of cylinder block when the new water jacket insert installation.

    • Do not press the sus spring (A) when the new water jacket insert installation.
