DTC P3190-00: Engine Not Ready: General Description

If it is judged as an abnormality in the engine starting system as a problem of the fuel system, ignition system, and power line (power relay), inform the failure details of the vehicle to the driver. If the engine cannot operate due to an abnormality in the engine starting system and the vehicle is driven only by the motor operation, engine operation and battery charging cannot be done, so the high voltage battery will be discharged early, causing lowered high voltage battery output. Limit the hybrid motor operation. Check the engine starting system for abnormalities.
