Repair Procedures: Inspection
- Measure a resistance of NTC and Heated pad.
- NTC resistance (Black/Red - Black): 10.0 kΩ ± 10 % [at 25 °C (77 °F)]
- Heated pad resistance (Black - Yellow): 1.85Ω ± 0.2Ω
- Measure a temperature.
- The temperature of wheel surface grip must rise from -20 °C (-4 °F) to 20 °C (68 °F) within 6 minute
- The temperature of wheel surface grip must keep 38 ± 4 °C (100.4 ± 39.2 °F) after 25 minute
- At that time switch on, all measure point (1 - 8)
