Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
  2. Remove the heater control unit.

    (Refer to " Replacement  ") 

  3. Disconnect the blower motor connector (A).

  4. Remove the IBU (A) by loosening the mounting nuts.

  5. Disconnect all connectors (A) from the IBU.
