Front Brake Pad

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  2. Use SST (09581-11000) when installing the brake caliper assembly.
    NOTE:
    • Observe the following precautions when installing the inner brake pads, incorrect installation may cause noise or compromise brake performance.
      • Make sure that the inner brake pad wear indicator (A) is facing up on the brake caliper.

      • Make sure that the inner brake pad L (LH caliper) or R (RH caliper) marks are facing up on the brake caliper.
    • Carefully press it to avoid damaging the piston inlet.
    • Make sure not to let the piston interfere when assembling the caliper body to the carrier.

  3. After installation, bleed the brake system.

    (Refer to " 1st Air Bleeding (Normal Brake System)  ") 

  4. Check the brake oil leakage and pedal operating condition.
