Repair Procedures: Installation

- Install in the reverse order of removal.NOTE:
- When installing the CVVD actuator, insert dowel pin (B) carefully into the cam carrier hole after inserting the shaft (A).
- Tighten the bolts in the following order.
- Lightly tighten the bolts.
- Tighten the bolt (B) to the specified torque.
- Tighten the bolt (C) to the specified torque.
- Tighten the bolt (A) to the specified torque.
- When installing the CVVD actuator, insert dowel pin (B) carefully into the cam carrier hole after inserting the shaft (A).
- Perform the
"CVVD Intake Adaptation" after replacing the CVVD actuator.
