Calibration Procedure
- Check for vehicle alignment and tire pressure for accurate camera calibration.
- Windshield must be clean and free of any dirt or object.
- Calibration target installation procedure as follows:
- Set the calibration target height approx. 90cm ± 2cm from the ground and align the center of target with center line of vehicle.
- Center of target and center of vehicle should be within ±5cm.
- Position the calibration target approx. 0cm from the center of vehicle front wheel. Horizontal line of vehicle and horizontal line of calibration target angle should be within 1°. (Close range target setting)
- Perform Distance target setting after performing close target setting.
- Position the calibration target 1.2 m from the front bumper. Horizontal line of vehicle and horizontal line of calibration target angle should be within 1°. (Far range target setting)
Good
- Fault might be caused by not performing calibration after MFC ECU replacement. Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
No Good
- If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the MFC ECU and go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
* In case of replacing MFC ECU, perform following "Vehicle S/W Management" procedures
