Front Brake Disc Thickness Check
- Check the brake pads for wear and fade.
- Check the brake disc for damage and cracks.
- Remove all rust and contamination from the surface, and measure the disc thickness at 8 points, at least, at the same distance (5 mm) apart from the brake disc outer circle.

- 15 inch: 23.0 mm (0.9055 in.)
- 16 inch: 25.0 mm (0.9843 in.)
Service limit
- 15 inch: 21.0 mm (0.8268 in.)
- 16 inch: 23.4 mm (0.9213 in.)
Deviation: Less than 0.005 mm (0.0002 in.)
- If wear exceeds the limit, replace the discs and pad assembly left and right of the vehicle.
