Repair Procedures: Replacement

Information

Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces without marring the surface.
Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

Remove the tailgate trim.
(Refer to " TAILGATE TRIM ")
Disconnect the rear combination lamp connector [inside] (A).

Remove the rear combination lamp [inside] (A) after loosening the mounting nuts.

Remove the tailgate back panel (A) by using a remover.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
Information
- Make sure that the connector is connected properly.
- Replace any damage clips.
