The PODS-G (Passive Occupant Detection System-G) ECU receives the passenger information and error information from the SRSCM. Meanwhile, the SRSCM operates a telltale lamp and deploys an airbag at the passenger seat according to the binary signals from the PODS-G ECU regarding the passenger seat: 0 (empty seat/child or child safety seat), 1 (adult passenger on board)
