Front Brake Disc Thickness Check

- Check the brake disc for damage and cracks.
- Remove all rust and contamination from the surface, and measure the disc thickness at 8 points, at least, of same distance (5 mm) from the brake disc outer circle.
Front brake disc thickness
- Standard: 15 inch disc - 23 mm (0.905 in.), 16 inch disc - 25 mm (0.984 in.)
- Service limit: 15 inch disc - 21.4 mm (0.8425 in.), 16 inch disc - 23.4 mm (0.921 in.)
- Deviation: Less than 0.005 mm (0.0002 in.)
