Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Remove the coupling from the vehicle.

    (Refer to 4WD System - "DIRECT ELECTRO HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR COUPLING ")

    NOTE:
    • Keep it level with the sticker (A) on the top of the coupling.

  2. Disconnect the extension cable (A).

  3. Remove the pressure sensor (A) with 24mm socket.
    NOTE:
    • Keep going horizontal state to prevent leaks during remove the pressure sensor.

    Tightening Torque: 

    7.8 - 9.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.0 kgf.m, 5.8 - 7.2 lb-ft)
