Repair Procedures: Installation

Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

Apply grease on the motor shaft (A) axis before mounting the reduction gear.

Specified Grease: CASMOLY L9508

Watch out for oil seal damage when installing the drive shaft.
Replace the oil seal with a new one when oil leak occurred because of differential oil seal damage.

When installing the new oil seal, use the SST (09356-4W190).

When re-mounting the reduction gear assembly, refilling the reduction gear with oil after check the oil level.
