Fork assembly [With AWD]

  1. Remove the front wheel and tire.

    (Refer to Tires/Wheels - "WHEEL ")

  2. Disconnect the front wheel speed sensor bracket (A).

    Tightening torque: 

    8.8 - 13.7 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 - 10.1 lb.ft)

  3. Separate the stabilizer link (A) from the front strut assembly.

    Tightening torque: 

    98.1 - 117.7 N.m (10.0 - 12.0 kgf.m, 72.3 - 86.8 lb.ft)

    NOTE: Using a hex wrench, fix the end of stabilizer link when loosening the nut.

  4. Remove the fork assembly (A) by loosening the bolts.

    Tightening torque: 

    Bolt (B): 156.9 - 176.5 N.m (16.0 - 18.0 kgf.m, 115.7 - 130.2 lb.ft)

    Bolt (C): 78.5 - 98.1 N.m (8.0 - 10.0 kgf.m, 57.9 - 72.3 lb.ft)

  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
