Repair Procedures: Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE:
    • If the drive unit mounting bolt gets lost and it still remains inside the chassis, the rattling noise caused by the bolt may lead to customer complaints.
    • Do not operate the power trunk module with the power connected while the push rod is removed.
    • When changing the trunk module and drive unit, always perform the parameter saving process.
    • Reset the power trunk module whenever a job is performed with the battery removed.
    • Always check for normal operation when a power trunk module related part is changed.
    • When abnormal system operation is found, check the DTC Code and the connection of the wiring and cable.
