Sensor Software Version Mis-Match Check

  1. Check for software version on the BSD sensor label.
  2. Ignition "OFF" and then "ON"
  3. Monitor "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)  " with KDS/GDS.

  4. Is DTC status displayed as Present?

    YES 

    • Substitute with a known-good BSD ECU and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace BSD ECU and then go to "Verification Of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
    • In case of BSD ECU is replaced, BSD Radar Calibration must be performed.

    NO
