DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • BSD switch LED circuit voltage check
  1. Poor connection
  2. BSD switch LED circuit short to ground
Enable Conditions
  • 1.6s after ignition "ON"
  • 1s after battery voltage is between 9 to 16V
  • BSD LH/RH LED indicator is OFF
Threshold Value
  • BSD switch LED circuit is short to ground
Detecting Time
  • 0.5s
Symptom
  • Cluster warning message is "ON"
  • BSD switch LED is "OFF"
Fail safe
  • BSD/LCA function is failure
Recovery Condition
  • BSD switch LED circuit is not short to ground
