Monitor KDS Data

  1. Ignition switch "OFF"
  2. Connect KDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  3. Ignition switch "ON" & Engine "ON"
  4. Select "ABS/ESC" system.
  5. Monitor "Yaw rate & G-Sensor" parameters in "Current Data" with KDS.

    Specification: 

    Yaw rate and G-sensor parameter value changes in according to actual movement condition of the vehicle.

  6. Is the parameter displayed within specification?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Check for CAN related fault in ABS/ESC system.
    • If CAN related fault is present in ABS/ESC system, perform applicable troubleshooting steps.
    • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
