Component Inspection: Notes

  1. Ignition switch "OFF"
  2. Disconnect battery (-) cable.
  3. Refer to "PRESSURE SENSOR " and disconnect Pressure sensor connector.
  4. Measure the resistance between each terminal of Pressure sensor harness connector.

    Specification:  Refer to table below

    Terminal Resistance (kΩ)
    Pin No. 2 (Signal) - Pin No. 3 (Ground) 2.755 ~ 4.133
    Pin No. 1 (Power) - Pin No. 3 (Ground) 1.892 ~ 2.838
    Pin No. 1 (Power) - Pin No. 2 (Signal) 1.714 ~ 2.838
  5. Is the measured value within specification?

    YES 

    • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
    • If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace Coupling assembly and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.

      * In case of Coupling assembly replacement, "Clutch learning Reset" must be performed with KDS. Refer to "VEHICLE S/W MANAGEMENT " procedure.

    NO 

    • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
    • If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace Pressure sensor and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
