Ignition "ON", engine "OFF".	Connect KDS/GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC). Perform "Vehicle S/W Management" of concerned component with KDS/GDS.	Figures below.

Make sure actual VIN and read VIN is matched each other.
Go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.

No Good

Go to "Writing VIN on ECM/PCM" procedure.

No Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the ECM/PCM and go to "Verification of Repair " procedure.
