Repair Procedures: Replacement

1. Remove the front door trim.

   (Refer to Front Door - "FRONT DOOR TRIM ")

2. After loosening the mounting screws, remove the front door belt inside weather strip (A).

3. By operating the power window switch, pull down until the glass mounting bolt on plug hole is visible.
   CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the glass surface.
4. Loosen the mounting nuts (A) of the front door lower channel.
5. Loosen the mounting bolt, and pull out the front door window glass (B) by tilting it sideways.

   Tightening Torque: 

   7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb.ft)

6. Remove in the reverse order of installation.

Information 

• Check if glass operation is normal.
• Check the damage glass channel, and replace if necessary.
• Adjust glass if necessary.
