Ground Circuit Inspection

- Ignition "OFF"
- Disconnect passenger side body sensor ECU connector.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 4 (Ground) terminal of the passenger side body sensor ECU harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. below 1Ω
- Is the measured resistance within specification?
YES
- Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
- If problem still occurs, replace passenger side body sensor ECU and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Check for open/short in harness.
- Repair as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
