Occupant Detecting System (ODS) to Class 1 (Empty, CRS) or Class 2 (Adult) and sends data to SRSCM. It also sends self diagnostics fault to Supplemental Restraints System Control Module (SRSCM) and if code B149000 is stored in the Supplemental Restraints System Control Module (SRSCM) one must check self diagnostics data on occupant detecting system menu.
- Passenger side body sensor (ECU) or seat cushion assy (except of seat track assy) is replaced.
- The telltale lamp is not illuminated when the passenger seat is not occupied.
- The telltale lamp has a delay of more than 10s to be turned off when an adult passenger seats in.
