Visual Inspection
- Refer to EVAPORATIVE EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM (PHEV) and LUBRICATION SYSTEM (PHEV) and check for following condition;
- Air cleaner for excessive dirt and contamination.
- Missing Oil Cap or dipstick.
- Proper installation of oil cap and dipstick.
- Air leak in intake system.
- Has any problems been found?
YES
- Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Go to "WIRING INSPECTION " procedure.
