DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical Check
  1. Poor Connector Connection
  2. Intermittent short circuit in VCM signal circuit
  3. Faulty VCM position sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
  • Port flap PWM
  • Delay after port flap PWM is smaller than upper threshold > 0.5 sec.
Threshold Value
  • Port flap feedback signal is greater than 4.858 V
Diagnostic Time
  • 0.2 s.
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
