The multimedia jack on the console upper cover is an added option used for listening from external portable music players such as MP3 player, iPod, etc. through the vehicle's sound system by linking to this jack.
In case of distortion in sound from media connected to the AUX source when the audio unit is not defective, it may caused by incompatible output level of the media in use with the specification of the AUX input.
