Repair Procedures: Replacement

CAUTION: Put on gloves to protect your hands.

NOTE:

When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver or using a prying trim tool, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts to prevent damage.
Use a plastic panel removal tool to remove interior trim pieces without marring the surface.
Be careful not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

Remove the front seat outer shield cover (A) by using a remover.
NOTE:
- Correctly remove the front seat outer shield cover to the removal procedure and direction.
- Be careful not to damage the mounting bracket and hook when removing the cover.

Disconnect the front seat power switch connector (A).

Install in the reverse order of removal.

Make sure that the connectors are plugged in properly.
