Ground Circuit Inspection

  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect Battery (-) terminal.
  3. Refer to PARKING ASSIST SENSOR and disconnect Rear Center Left Sensor connector.
  4. Measure resistance between Pin No. 4 (Ground) terminal of Rear Center Left Sensor harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification  : Approx. below 1Ω

  5. Is the measured value within specification?

    YES 

    • Go to "LIN Communication Line Inspection" procedure.

    NO 

    • Repair open or short in power circuit between Rear Center Left Sensor and Chassis ground and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
