Signal Circuit Inspection

  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Refer to FUEL PUMP CONTROL MODULE (FPCM) and disconnect Fuel Control Module connector.
  3. Ignition "ON".
  4. Measure voltage between Pin No. 6 (Signal) terminal of Fuel Control Module harness connector and chassis ground.

    Specification:  B+

  5. Is measured value within specification?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Repair open or short in signal circuit of Fuel Control Module and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
