Monitor DTC Status

- Connect the GDS and select "System" → "CLU" → "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)".
- Click the "DTC Status" to check the DTC information.
- Read the "DTC Status" parameter, and Record all DTCs, DTC state and freeze frame data.
- Is the same DTC set again?
YES
- Verify whether the vehicle is equipped with SCC*, and conduct "Vehicle S/W Management"
- → "CLU Variant Coding" in line with the vehicle information.
- → Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- This can be CLU* memory was not cleared after repair.
- → Erase the DTCs, and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
- This can be an intermittent fault caused by Poor Contact in SCC*'s and/or CLU*'s connector.
- → Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
- → Repair or replace the harness/connector as necessary, and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
- Verify whether the vehicle is equipped with SCC*, and conduct "Vehicle S/W Management"
