DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the fuel pressure sensor's signal
  • Poor Connection
  • Open or Short to Ground in Signal Circuit
  • Faulty Fuel pressure sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Target fuel pressure is between 250 kPa and 600 kPa
  • Engine running
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V
Threshold Value
  • The signal change of fuel pressure sensor is higher than 100 kPa (17.4 psi) during 10 ms
Diagnostic Time
  • 10s
MIL ON Condition
  • NO MIL
