Front Gravity side impact sensor (G-SIS)
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Disconnect the battery negative terminal, and wait for at least thirty seconds before beginning work.
- It separates the center pillar trim.
(Refer to " CENTER PILLAR TRIM ")
- Remove the side impact sensor connector (A).
- Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the side impact sensor (B).
Tightening torque:
8.0 - 10.0 N.m (0.8 - 1.0 kgf.m, 5.9 - 7.3 lb-ft)
