NOTE: Always use a new water gasket.
Connect the water hose (A).

Install the new intake manifold gasket (A).

Install the intake manifold (A).

Tighten the intake manifold bolts, in several passes as below.
Tightening torque

1st step (a-h):

3.9 - 5.8 N.m (0.4 - 0.6 kgf.m, 2.9 - 4.3 lb.ft, 34.7 - 52.1 lb.in)

2nd step (1 - 8):

26.5 - 31.4 N.m (2.7 - 3.2 kgf.m, 19.5 - 23.1 lb.ft)

Install the other parts in the reverse order of removal.
Fill the coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "COOLANT ")
Start engine and check for leaks.
Recheck engine coolant level.
