Repair Procedures: Removal
- If necessary, remove the blade by pushing it in the direction arrow after opening the hook (A).
Information
- Move the windshield glass wiper blades to the service position as follows;
After turning off the engine, move the wiper switch to the single wiping (MIST) position within 20 seconds and hold the switch more than 2 seconds until the wiper blade is in the service position.
- After turning ignition to the ON position, move the wiper switch to the single wiping (MIST) and wiper arms will return to the normal operating position.
- Move the windshield glass wiper blades to the service position as follows;
- Remove the wiper caps (A).
- Remove the wiper arms (A) after loosening the nuts.
Tightening torque: 22.6 - 26.5 N.m (2.3 - 2.7 kgf.m, 16.6 - 19.5 lb.ft)
